About Christian Milone

Born into a family of restaurateurs, Chef Christian spent his early childhood in the kitchen where his family run Trattoria Zappatori, a restaurant located at the center of Pinerolo, Italy. Naturally, Chef Christian grew up learning subconsciously the professional techniques needed to become a chef as well as forming his culinary palate. Chef Christian had worked with the best chef in Piedmont, Enrico Crippa of Piazza Duomo, who taught him that art is an inspiration and the importance of precision.

In 2006, Chef Christian returned back to family business where he began to rise as the upcoming star. In 2016, Chef Christian received his first Michelin-star at Trattoria Zappatori for his great creativity and deep respect for traditions.
